Larisa Berdnikova had the idea to start a consulting company back in the early 2000s, when she was bringing American and European business coaches to St Petersburg, Russia, and organizing executive training for medical business owners.

During that time Dr Berdnikova was actively studying management and marketing technology in the USA. And in 2010, using her accumulated wealth of practical knowledge and experience, she started coaching and consulting owners of medical and beauty business and started her company ArtMediConsult.

For over 12 years, our company has been helping owners and executives of medical clinics, dental clinics, and aesthetic medicine centers in Russia and around the world expand their business and increase their revenue and profitability. My name is Larisa Berdnikova

“I am a medical doctor and an expert in management and marketing for medical and beauty businesses. I have been an entrepreneur for over 20 years. I own two businesses, including an aesthetic medicine clinic in St Petersburg, Russia.

Currently I teach management and marketing, conduct corporate training, coaching and consulting, primarily for medical clinics, dental offices, aesthetic medicine centers, distributors and suppliers of medical equipment and professional cosmetics.

I know from first-hand experience how hard it can be when your marketing is not effective, income insufficient and you don’t have enough productive employees. I had to go through all that myself in the beginning of my journey. So I developed a system of management and marketing which I now use in my companies and teach to my clients.
